After a year and a half of searching for house in the same school district for my son with special needs, we were getting discouraged. The two realtors we turned to for help, didn't seem to know the area and didn't know much about the houses they were showing us. Being first time buyers, we need guidance with one of the biggest purchases of our lives. A good friend suggested that we contact Chad. What a saving grace. Chad would research the house before showing them to us. It was almost like talking directly to the owner. He is extremely knowledgeable, take the time to research and tour a house before a showing them and is a great negotiator. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
